Refund & Returns Policy
This policy explains refunds and returns for physical products (print Field Books) and digital products (PDF downloads and course access). Please read this page before purchasing.
Print items may be eligible for return under the conditions below. Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or in limited cases described here.
1) Definitions
- Print Products: physical items shipped to you (e.g., wire-bound Field Books).
- Digital Products: downloadable PDFs and online course access.
2) Print product returns
Print products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.
3) Damaged or incorrect print items
If your print order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Support within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue.
4) Digital products (PDF downloads)
Digital products are delivered electronically and are generally non-refundable once delivered because they cannot be “returned.” If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, Support will help resolve delivery problems.
5) Online courses
Course access is generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe you were charged in error or cannot access the course due to a technical problem, contact Support promptly so we can troubleshoot.
6) Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in limited cases such as duplicate purchases, accidental double charges, or where required by applicable law. Decisions may include consideration of download history, course access, and delivery verification.
7) How to request a return or refund

8) Processing times
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
9) Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
