Society Licensing Details
This page explains how Society Licensing is structured, what it is designed to support, and how organizations can roll it out without losing clarity. The goal is not simply to provide access to materials. The goal is to help clubs and organizations teach with better sequence, stronger consistency, and less instructional drift.
Good group teaching begins by defining what is safe now, not by jumping straight to products, treatments, or advanced steps. Earlier is safer when readiness is unclear.
Intended Use
Society Licensing is designed for internal educational use within a club, society, nursery program, or organized teaching group. It supports a shared instructional standard so members receive clearer guidance from one leader to the next.
Internal teaching
Best for societies and organizations using TPW materials to support member education, workshops, demonstrations, or seasonal programming.
Shared standards
The purpose is to keep instruction more consistent across leaders so members are not pushed into mixed advice or conflicting routes.
Framework-based delivery
Licensing works best when the organization teaches through the TPW framework instead of treating the materials as unrelated topics.
Licensing Levels
These levels are a framework for matching the structure of the license to the size and complexity of the teaching program. Exact pricing and term details can be added later without changing the page structure.
Level 1 — Club Use
For a single club or chapter using TPW materials for internal education with a small number of leaders. Best for occasional workshops and simpler member teaching.
Level 2 — Multi-Leader Program
For organizations with multiple presenters, recurring sessions, or a broader member-support structure. Best when teaching consistency across leaders matters.
Level 3 — Organization Program
For larger organizations running structured educational programs that need standardized flow, broader leader alignment, and more formal resource use.
Choose the level based on how many people teach, how often they teach, and how much consistency your organization needs across sessions and leaders.
Included and Not Included
Included
Licensed internal use of approved TPW materials within your organization, consistent with the selected level. This includes support for clearer instructional structure and framework-based teaching flow.
Not Included
Public redistribution, resale, or unrestricted publishing of TPW materials outside the organization. Licensing is also not a substitute for local regulations, product labels, or independent professional credentials.
Always follow labels, local regulations, and safe handling requirements. Outcomes vary by climate, plant condition, timing, and grower decisions.
Implementation
A simple rollout reduces confusion and helps leaders stay aligned. The strongest programs do not try to teach everything at once. They choose a clear route, standardize the tools, and reinforce the guardrails.
Step 1 — Choose the core route
Decide whether your program begins with Beginner, Diagnostics, or a Phase-based progression. Use one clear starting route for the group.
Step 2 — Standardize the tools
Decide which Field Books, visuals, or learning materials leaders will use so the instruction stays stable from one session to the next.
Step 3 — Teach the guardrails
Keep the sequence clear: phase-first, evidence before conclusion, and treatment only after the case supports it.
What We Need From Your Organization
To recommend the right licensing structure, we typically need enough information to understand the size, shape, and purpose of the program.
Organization details
Organization name, primary contact, location or region, and website if available.
Program details
Number of leaders who teach, how often you meet, typical attendance, and the kind of educational support you want to provide.
The clearer your teaching goals are, the easier it is to recommend the right licensing level and the right supporting materials.
