Rehydrating with boundaries
Course path: Wrinkled Plumeria Stems / Wrinkle Checklist
Rehydration should restore function without drowning the root zone. Water thoroughly only when conditions support it, then allow the mix to dry appropriately.
Small repeated sips can leave parts of the root zone dry, while constant saturation can remove oxygen. The right approach depends on media, temperature, and root condition.
After watering, watch stem firmness, leaf posture, and dry-down. The response over time tells you whether the correction matched the cause.

Learning Note
Use these readings as supporting references after you complete the PlumeriaWay observation steps. If a wrinkled stem becomes soft, collapses, smells rotten, or keeps declining, move from routine watering decisions to deeper diagnosis.
